The future of healthcare is shaped not only by the technologies we introduce, but by how we equip the people who use them.

In a significant step toward advancing robotic-assisted joint replacement in Egypt, El Ahlyia Healthcare was proud to participate in the signing of a cooperation protocol with the Ministry of Health and Population, witnessed by Dr. Khaled Abdel Ghaffar, Minister of Health and Population.

The protocol marks a collaboration focused on providing specialized robotic surgical systems for joint replacement to selected Ministry hospitals, alongside comprehensive scientific and practical training for surgeons on the use of robotic-assisted surgical technologies.

The vision behind the collaboration extends beyond bringing advanced technology into operating rooms.
It is about building the knowledge and capabilities required to use that technology effectively.

During the meeting held alongside the signing, discussions focused on the implementation plan, the provision of the robotic systems, and the development of scientific and practical training programs for surgeons. The collaboration also includes plans to establish a specialized training center dedicated to robotic surgical technologies, creating a platform for developing specialized surgical capabilities.

Al-Hilal Al-Ahmar Hospital is set to be among the first Ministry hospitals to receive a robotic joint-replacement system.

For El Ahlyia Healthcare, this collaboration represents an important step in supporting the adoption of advanced medical technologies while contributing to the development of specialized medical expertise. Together with our partners, we believe that technology reaches its full potential when it is accompanied by knowledge, training, and the people capable of putting it into practice.

Building a Stronger Ecosystem for Robotic Surgery

This is more than the introduction of a new technology.
It is a step toward building a stronger ecosystem for robotic-assisted surgery in Egypt, where advanced technology, specialized training, and clinical expertise come together to support the continued development of patient care.

At El Ahlyia Healthcare, we remain committed to connecting global medical innovation with the healthcare community in Egypt and supporting the people who turn that innovation into meaningful clinical practice.

The technology is the beginning.
The knowledge makes the difference.
And the future is built together.
